Social Icons and Themes Tab not showing

    Everything works perfectly for the Admin

    If not Admin, users cannot see the ‘Themes’ tab and the social icons aren’t showing when it is dragged into the editor.

    I checked file permissions. Owner and group is set correctly for the Apache server and file permissions set to 775.
