Social bar won't show up

I am running the luxury theme by cudazi on wordpress 3.8. My site is http://www.accessep.com. I have installed the most recent version of floating social bar. The bar will only show up when I click on the individual blog plot on my blog page. How do I get it to show up under each post permanently on the blog page?
