Sociable Plugin not Opening The Social Sites on Click?

I’m a little bit confused about the sociable plugin and why it wont open the bookmakring sites when clicked on.

If anyone could advise me what needs done to make the buttons work I’d be very grateful. Also if need be I will opt for another social plugin if others are advised.
