 * It was removed from the repository.
 * No security issues involved, just some protocol ones. Further information has
   been sent to the plugin devs.

 * It still works. If you have it on one site, you can copy the files up by FTP.

 * I have the same issue no upgrade – all icons disappeared and dont show. Removed
   everything and tried to rollback to the v4.2.4 and still having the same issues.
 * Un/Re-installing and clearing cache does not work for me. Will have to remove
   it from all my sites until it works 🙁 Pity as it is the nicest looking plugin
   there is…IMHO
