Sociable icons don’t show on published

When I write a new post and preview I can see the icons displayed but the space between them is way too big. As soon as I publish the post the icons don’t display. Why is that. It worked b4 but that was b4 upgrading to latest version. I also setup feedburner yesterday. Anything to do with that?

At the bottom of the page when writing a post there is a question Sociable off?
First of all the question is confusing because it asks for a yes or no answer but leaves no opportunity to give the annswer. It just gives a checkbox. What does this mean. If I check it is sociable off or on?

Help please. Also I think those people who write plugins could be a bit more constiderate about ppl’s time. I don’t have 4 hours time in a day just to figure out how a plugin works to find out the plugin simply doesn’t work. If you write one it’s appreciated it works. I used to be a programmer. Before you give out something you TEST that your program works. Thank you.
