SOAP-Error on Internation Label – ‘netWeightInKG’

    Hello,

    I have a problem with creating an Label for international shipping.
    I´m getting the Error:

    SOAP-ERROR: Encoding: object has no ‘netWeightInKG’ property

    All items in the order have a weight set.

    Help would be much appreciated.

    The products must also have a weight set, can you double check they are?

    Hi Shadi,
    all products do have a weight set. The minimum weight of a product is 0.001kg. Could these be a problem?

    Yes, that could be the problem. Can you test with 0.01KG?

    Hello Shadi Manna,

    I have the same problem. I try to create a shipment to Switzerland and I get the same message. There are some products with a weight of 1 g, but if a customer orders 20 pieces and other products (the total shipment is around 400 g), it should be possible. I have marked the products with 20 g per piece on a trial basis, but it still does not work. Other products with 20 g are accepted.

    What can I do? Is it necessary to set kilogram as unit of measurement or are grams converted?
