    Either I created well-compressed images when creating the images for the site or the free version doesn’t compress as well as the mobile tests require.

    Hi @wizardassociates,
    The free version uses what is called “lossless” compression, only our premium compression uses lossy techniques that are similar (and better) than what Google’s speed tests recommend.
    For JPG images, lossless compression averages about 8-10% savings, whereas our premium compression yields an average of 50% savings.
