# So many errors

 * I recently migrated a client’s site to a new WordPress installation and saw that
   the old Jigoshop plugin was deprecated so I deactivated that, and installed the
   Jigoshop eCommerce plugin as advised. I did the migrator tool, and everything
   migrated fine – but both the cart and checkout pages aren’t pulling in the header
   or footer, It’s just a blank page with some form fields that doesn’t load any
   kind of scripts or sheets and also doesn’t let you proceed to payment at all.

 * You can see the old jigoshop_checkout shortcode in the page template that was
   there for the previous version of this plugin. Removing that shortcode doesn’t
   make a difference.
 * I noticed that looking at the checkout and cart page code, it says it is using
   containers with class names such as ‘mobile’. Why is it pulling in template code
   for mobile when viewing on desktop?
 * I then tried to adjust the checkout.php template to include the <?php get_header(‘
   shop’)?> <?php get_footer(‘shop’) ?> to see if that would resolve the issue –
   and doing so makes the header/footer show up but the form is STILL broken and
   doesn’t go anywhere when you enter in information.
 * The only page that works correctly is the main product list page:

 * Hi
    There might be several reasons behind this – first of all, did you – prior
   to the migration – check out the migration info tab in Jigoshop 1.x? You should
   have a list of template overrides there.
 * Secondly – if your theme was customized to work with Jigoshop 1.x (and thus used
   some of Jigoshop 1.x’s functionality) this functionality will not work in Jigoshop
   eCommerce – it’s a different product after all.

   you with the help needed.
