So far, support is good

So much about the top themes these days is very similar – in terms of features etc – so its difficult to stand out much. Where a theme can really rise above its competitors is in the support it provides. Thus far, Brainstorm Force has provided pretty decent support. Turn around on support email has been less than 12 hrs on the couple issues I’ve submitted.
I’d also add that they provide a good deal of instruction on their website and its not nearly as slapdash as many other theme makers.
The only nick I’d give them is that the search tool on their support site is really useless. So while their support materials are good, finding them is often painfully time consuming.
