• I started with the cloud version, then figured out there was a hosted Twilio portion and I must say that we are very satisfied so far. Easy setup and no issues so far. Couple questions were asked to support and they’ve replied quickly and correctly. They seem to care for their customers and the plugin works exactly as it’s described, if not better. We hope they continue development and module upgrades such as Twilio to ensure it meets their demands/changes in code. We will continue to support them and provide this as a solution to our current and future clients. Thanks to the team there for building this and allowing MSP companies to further support our clients. It’s really a win-win for everyone.
