So Close to Being Great

It’s pretty good. The interface is very nice, but it’s missing some crucial features that competitors have. Additionally, the roadmap/feedback page has lots of stuff that they say is “upcoming” or “coming soon” and it’s been years since they posted that and there has been no movement. The service is so close to being the best bulk management service but it’s just not quite there yet.
