# So close…

 * I was so excited for this plugin because it seemed to do exactly what I want.
   There are lots of “slider” plugins out there, but from what I can tell, they 
   don’t let you link to an outside place, such as a client’s website. If you can
   link at all, it’s just to a post or page on your own site. This one seemed to
   be aimed at what I wanted.
 * HOWEVER, this plugin makes WordPress’s native “featured image” option to disappear
   in posts. 🙁
