    Tim, you should post in the forums and not in the reviews if you’re looking for help.

    Also, we find your review a little rude. Sorry, but it is!

    “Sorry, but it is!” Ah ah yes, it was. You know, mood and all…

    Tim’s comment is not rude. It is sad that you Mailpoet is quick to point fingers yet the new version 3 released on 9/21/203 is very buggy, not production ready and STILL does not contrary to the advertisement, email notifications, and feature sets published. If you want people to purchase premium so as to support your small team then yes, there are much willing to do so but it is unethical to release when you know full well that it is non-functional. That is not only rude but deceitful.

    @wpcodes, take a step back.

    MailPoet needs to work on hundreds of server requirements. For us to achieve broad acceptance, we need broad adoption. We did do a beta phase with a couple of thousands of users, but it’s not enough to root out all potential issues.

    Can you point us to pages that point to false promises so we can potentially correct them?

    Finally, we work really hard to make a mostly free product. User feedback has a huge effect on our mood. We are not heartless robots, but caring beings.

    If we do find comments rude, we’ll point it out to the users. We’re not shooting targets!
