  • Hello,
    if I open the snippets I have created I only see Snippet Name and Site Display.
    The rest is completely missing. No way to modify the content of the snippet.
    I have deactivated all other plugins but the problem still exist.

    hi @roland71 – can you please elaborate a bit more. Are you referring to the “All Snippets” screen or the “Add/Edit Snippet” screen?

    Additionally, can you post a screenshot so we can see what you mean? The team can take a look thereafter though we haven’t ever had such an issue reported so I’m wondering if it has anything to do with your hosting config / setup or another plugin. Regardless, we’ll look into it from our side.

    Hello, it happens on the Add/Edit Snippet” screen (see screenshot).
    The content of the snippets is still there, I can see it in the source code of the website. But there is no way to edit the snippets or create a new one.

    Hello @roland71 – We have looked into the issue on our end, and we are unable to replicate it. Therefore we are inclined to think it might be a plugin or a theme conflict. Since you have already tested for the plugin conflicts – Please try changing the theme to a Twenty Seventeen or Twenty Nineteen WordPress theme, and see if the issue still persists. If it does, it might be worthwhile to look into the plugins again, while keeping the Twenty Seventeen or Twenty Nineteen theme active. We would recommend taking a backup of your website, to be safe, or try it on a staging environment or any fresh install.
