# Snippet, shortcode type library plugin?

 * I have been searching for a snippet type plugin that will display a menu in admin
   of items an editor can add to their posts or pages.
 * I have a few images with specific links wrapped around them that I want a client
   to simply either be able to click to add to the post or page or maybe add a simple
   shortcode to that post or page where they want the content to appear.
 * I’ve looked at quite a few snippet type plugins, but none seem to do what I want.
 * Any help would be much appreciated.
