# Snapcode Widget won’t work

 * I have a site running the Zerif Lite theme at momentumwandsworth.org and have
   been trying to add the Snapcode Widget to a section normally labelled ‘our happy
   clients’ which is part of the ‘About’ section.
 * I have managed to easily add widgets for other social media in this section without
   issue but when I try to do it with the Snapcode widget it just comes up with 
   a message at the top of the form saying there is an error and saying I need to
   reload the page. This happens both when I try to upload a snapcode image and 
   when I type in my Snapchat screenname. I have tried this multiple times.
 * My site, WordPress, the theme and plugin are all running the latest version.
 * Any ideas?

 * Sorry for the slow reply, it looks like email notifications were reset after 
   w.org updated to the new forum system.
 * This is quite difficult to guess what could be causing this. If you’re happy

 * If possible, yes, though I know you may not want to send this. You can create
   a new admin account for me if you wish, then delete this afterwards. It’s just
   so I can log in to your WordPress dashboard and check what might be happening
   with the widget.
