You can update it the same way as any other WP plugin – from WP Admin -> Dashboard->Updates. (Please click “Check Again” if you don’t see the update).

Hi! We can’t support or reply to you here about your payment! We would get into deep poo if we did that. You see, only volunteer support for users of the free opensource version is permitted here.
If we did support customers here, that would be grossly unfair to the large amount of plugin authors who do follow that correctly.

You may want to modify the exact verbiage but you get my point, right? If you don’t feel free to ask in the #forums channel on Slack. I am sure any moderator that’s online will be able to explain it to you.
