SNAP conflict with Fluida Theme

I changed the theme of my site to Fluida but every time I save a configuration a “Page Not Found” post spread over my FB group and Twitter account.

Actually I disabled the autopost feature but I would like to rollback to autopost.

Perhaps here is the log of the event:
