Hello @jsgmarketing
I hope you’re doing well!
We provide support for the free version of the Smush plugin in wordpress.org forums, so you came to the right place 🙂
Please see if the Lazy Load feature is enabled in the Smush settings. Go to Smush > Lazy Load and deactivate it. Check the front end if logo image will show. If it will be shown, please locate the CSS class of an image to exclude it from applying lazy load.
Please add the CSS class to Classes & IDs field from Smush > Lazy Load, please see this screenshot

If the issue still there, please share here a link to your site so we could have a closer look.
Kind regards,
Nastia
if i want to activate lazy load but exclude “logo” is it possible ? my web is income.id Thank you
HI @kerjaduluboss
I hope you’re well today!
I’ve visited your to check it and it seems that your main logo image doesn’t have any CSS ID or class assigned. It is possible to exclude any image from Lazy Load but it has to has to use either an ID or a unique class.
If you’re able to add it to your theme so the logo image “img” tag was also using “class” attribute with a unique CSS slass or an “id” attribute with unique ID then you can make exclusion by adding that ID or class name to exclusions on Smush -> Lazy Load page, as explained earlier.
Kind regards,
Adam
