    Hi all,

    I installed the Smush Plugin – the free version – and when I click on the settings, nothing loads. Could you kindly advise? Is the Smush Plugin Free version still available.

    I hope you are doing good today.

    Smush Free version is still available and we still support this plugin. Base on your description sounds like a conflict here.

    If this is a live site, I recommend full site backup before the next steps. Or if possible use a staging site where you could run full conflict test.

    Please deactivate all plugins except Smush and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to default WordPress theme like 2019 and see if it works.

    Also please let us know do you see any kind of errors in the browser console when you click on the settings.
