    I just downloaded and enabled, and am getting a fatal error on Bulk Smush. How can I resolve it and use the plug-in?

  • @jekinview, Apologies for the trouble you’re facing. WordPress version explains the error, it’s a known issue, the function get_current_network_id() is available WordPress 4.6 onwards, a new release is due soon to fix the issue.

    Thanks, Umesh

    Thank you, Umesh. I will check for update.

    After I have used WPSmuch on a huge website, I have lost all my images. I had to call my server web to restore a older version and get my images back.

    I will never use this plugin again.

    Hey @yssaalber,

    Sorry for late response, first of all, let me explain one thing;

    According to WordPress.org forum guides you should open a new topic even if the issue looks same;

    Unless users have the exact same version of WordPress on the same physical server hosted by the same hosts with the same plugins, theme, and configurations, then the odds are the solution for one user will not be the same for another. For this reason, we recommend people start their own topics.

    So if you can open a new topic I want to help you more about that.

    Hey @faucherd,

    Sorry to hear that you faced with problems about our plugin. Especially, losing data can be frustrating and it’s completely unexpected thing. If you open a new topic about that I want to help you with the problem.

    Cheers,
    Oguz
