Hi, my Smush Dashboard graphics are gone and not functioning. Smush Pro page looks fine. Not a technical person. What can I do. I have already deleted and re-installed many times hoping to fix it. I have only about 1100 images.
    Thanks,
    Nese

    Hi @neseyu,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are having. Do you currently have any caching plugins installed? If so, could you try clearing cache on plugin? If possible, can you provide a screenshot of how the graphics are shown from your backend?

    Best,

Thank you for getting back quickly.
I am using GeneratePress Premium with Autoptimize, no extra cache plugin. I did de-activate Autoptimize but nothing changed in Smush dashboard. I am attaching screenshots Smush dashboard and Autoptimize settings related to images.

The dashboard recovered itself. There is only a warning “Directory smushing requires custom tables and it seems there was an error creating tables. For help, please contact our team on the support forums.” which is not affecting me.
    Have a nice week-end.

Thank you for following up, @neseyu

I think the issue was most likely related to the caching plugins.

As for the error, if you’re not going to use the Directory Smush feature then you shouldn’t have to worry, however, I would suggest checking with your host the DB integrity as that error is not that common.

In any case, feel free to start a new support topic in case you need help.

    Regards,

    Jorge
