More info – trying to select specific albums

    [gallery type='smugmug' view='albums' filter='HdXKvG,qJ9RTM,4MPX3N,rKkGvb,9F6P6p,nf9CxQ,pkmmvJ,rj5fvm' nick_name='XXXX' columns='auto' title_position='below' popup='hide' layout='square' main_size='Original' folder='JpCzXL' caption='title']

You have a few albums that are not well-formed (i.e. they don’t have some of the standard URLs). Though those albums are not included in your list, Photonic still needs to pull them first and scan through their ids to consider only the list that you requested.

You can resolve this by looking for main_size='Largest' instead of main_size='Original'. That will automatically try to pull the largest size available. You also have to set your “Tile size” setting from Photonic → Settings → SmugMug → SmugMug Settings → Tile image size to “Same as Main image size”

You’re awesome – that worked – thank you!

Is there an option to click on an album and display a gallery of photos – did I miss that option?

You could enable this globally via Photonic → Settings → Generic Options → Overlaid Popup Panel → Enable Interim Popup for Album Thumbnails, or individually for each gallery using the popup='show' or popup='hide' attribute.

Thank you for the support – you have my 5 stars.

Going to read thru documentation thoroughly – everything works great except that I cannot control the lightbox within the body of the page after clicking on the album displaying the photos in a gallery.

Not sure if I understood what you mean, but I think you have at least one additional lightbox that is interfering with Photonic. That might be coming from WooCommerce, but you might also have one from Elementor (I am not sure of this, though). If you need a lightbox for your WooCommerce photos, you can enable a feature in Photonic (Photonic → Settings → Generic Options → Generic Settings → Photonic Lightbox for non-Photonic images). If you do this, you might need to also enable the option to “Include Photonic JS for non-Photonic Images / Videos”.
