    Hi,
    It seems that I’m having some problems with the latest WP updates. Not sure if they’re related but I’m seeing two issues:

    1. I have the plugin configured as 4 columns of thumbnails but the formatting is off, showing two columns with odd spacing.

    2. When clicking on a thumbnail, I get a blank/white frame where the picture should be.

    Suggestions?

    Please add this to Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS:
    .photonic-thumb { margin: auto; }

    2. When clicking on a thumbnail, I get a blank/white frame where the picture should be.

    You seem to have a conflicting lightbox script (jQuery Lightbox?) that is preventing Photonic’s from working. You will need to deactivate it, or figure out a way to prevent it from targeting Photonic’s elements, the same way that Photonic’s lightbox does not target other plugins’ photos.
