    I have plugin Easy wp SMTP, it woks ok, the test email are sended. The WPForms say “Your message has been sent successfully.” but really the message is not sended, I do not received it.

    Please, help me.

    Same here! I am using WP-Mail-SMTP and it’s sending out test emails. This is a legit issue I hope to get resolved shortly.

    Same here. We have our own server and until now everything worked perfectly. On our server we host 50 website.

    Your plugin has some problem with SMTP.

    Please check because this is the first installation of your plugin and first problem with it. 🙁

    I’m sorry to hear you ran into issues here.

    When we see an SMTP’s test email working correctly but emails from WPForms still not delivering, it’s usually because of the notification settings.

    When you get a chance, please open your form builder and go to Settings > Notifications, then look to the From Email field. By default, this should look very similar to this screenshot.

    However, in order for an SMTP to work the From Email in these settings must match the email you set up the SMTP with.

    When you’ve had a chance to check this and run a test submission, could you please let me know how that goes?

    That still didn’t work for me.

    My test emails from WP-Mail-SMTP are being delivered.

    Any other suggestions?

    I am also experiencing this issue.

    I can send and receive test emails from WP SMTP.
    But no matter what I do, though I always get a ‘Thanks for contacting us! We will be in touch with you shortly’ message after submitting the form nevertheless the form never actually sends an email.

    I tried tin92f’s suggestion but no joy.

    Any further suggestions?

    Hi glideum,

    If your test email with the SMTP is successful, you’ve done the biggest part. The last thing is my note near the top about checking the From Email in your notification settings (here’s a screenshot).

    The From Email in these notification settings must match the email you used to set up the SMTP plugin.

    If you give this a try and still see delivery issues, could you please share a screenshot of your notification settings (in the form builder under Settings > Notifications)? That way I can help check if any other settings may be preventing this from working correctly.
