Hi, did you update any plugins or your theme? Did you install a new plugin? Do you know if anything changed in your server?
You could also try a plugin test. Can you deactivate all of your other plugins except ours, then try to save the settings. Let me know how you go.

I have updated both WP and all plugins regularly, and unfortunately I can’t tell whether I did an update on either just before this problem started. I would like to say no, but I can’t be sure.
Either way, I deactivated all plugins, tried to add the settings and was told I had to activate the plugin Fusion Core to continue. Did so, tried filling out the required fields again and am still getting the blank page and nothing is saved. So it seems to be unrelated to other plugins.
This is a serious issue for us, because it disables the sign-up form for new membership that we use. Without this plugin, we don’t get messages that new members have signed up.

I should add that it is the gmail smtp details I am entering, but I can’t see how this has anything to do with the problem, since I’m not getting any errors or anything. I’m simply getting nothing. A blank page only.
Hi,
Last week, my wordpress stopped sending mails. About the same time, a request to βPlease configure your SMTP credentials in the settings menu in order to send email using Easy WP SMTP plugin.β popped up.
This is very strange as per your comment above. That is why I replied in one of my previous post that it might be related to your server. Have you spoken to your host about this?
You could also try the following steps below.

The other option is to create an e-mail with your domain name. For example: yourname@yoursite.com and carry out a test.
Let me know how you go.

We’re not allowed to use domain name server emails for this kind of mail shipment. Literally, nothing has changed in the settings, but Easy WP SMTP settings won’t even show me an error message about what goes wrong.
Is this plugin necessary for us to use Contact Form 7 in conjunction with Avada Fusion?
Contact Form 7 should work well. In regards to whether your need our plugin or not that depends on your issue.
I guess it would not hurt to try the following documentation. If this does not work, the only other action you can take is to use a similar plugin like ours.
I am curious to know why our plugin does not work in your current system.
Kind regards

I would love to find out too, since everything has been fine up until now, but I’m not even given an error message to start from π
Hi, I am out of ideas. The only action I can suggest is to try a different contact form plugin, just for testing purposes.
Kind regards
@mbrsolution I am also having trouble saving settings. They are there when I go to the settings page but the banner saying to “Please configure your SMTP credentials in the settings menu in order to send email using Easy WP SMTP plugin.” persists.
It wouldn’t be a problem if the banner persisting was the only problem, but the plugin doesn’t actually function in this state, emails are attempting to be sent via PHP in our environment.
I have previous knowledge of this plugin working in our environment, so this is very strange. This is also on a NEW site with no other plugins and no custom theme, just vanilla wordpress.
Any ideas?
Hi @1parkplace,
I have previous knowledge of this plugin working in our environment, so this is very strange. This is also on a NEW site with no other plugins and no custom theme, just vanilla wordpress.
What is the difference between both servers or are you talking about the same server?
Regards
@mbrsolution yes, same server, no differences in environment.
Hi, Do you know if your host has updated your server? The reason why I am asking is because of your comment below.
I have previous knowledge of this plugin working in our environment,

@khoyan, is your issue resolved?
