    SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known (0)

    Hi I’ve just installed the plugin and i get this error under testing
    I use the settings that hostgator suggests meaning SSL, Authentication port 465…. However I tried other settings as well.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you for contacting us!

    The Details/SMTP Details which you have entered are either may be wrong/incorrect or your host had blocked mail ports if using Php Mailer.

    So, Kindly confirm all the details from your Mail Server Providers.
