SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Permission denied (13)

    Hello,

    I am trying to get the WP-Mail-SMTP 0.9.5 to work, unfortunately when I am sending a test email I receive the error SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Permission denied (13). Please could you advise what permission is being denied as I can send a test email from the same server using the same smart host (our mail server) via telnet from the webserver with WP installed?
