we send tracking informations by sms, and we can not wait long time so please tell us if the problem will be fixed soon ( 1-2 days) we can wait, but if it will take more time, please tell us so we can switch to another service. thanks

No, the history is not showing the list of sent sms ( empty history pag) and when i try to send an sms to customer (i tried with my phone number), it say “sent” but i do not receive any sms.
We have temporary issue with SMS history servers. Sending of SMS works correctly and SMS are delivered, but delivery reports will be several hours delayed. We are working to resolve the issue.
When the issue will be resolved, can you please copy the SMS ID of the test messages and send them to the support@bulkgate.com?
