# SMS feature Doesnt work

 * Hello,
    I followed your supporting document about SMS and still havent got it
   to work. I set up an account with Plivo added funds bought a number inputted 
   the correct ID and code but still not working within the plugin. I tested SMS
   within Plivo it worked fine, I tested it on my website nothing went through, 
   I tested it again using the plugin test it shows error “Please check Plivo setting”.
   Plivo confirmed my setting information was correct and now I’m left clueless,
   please help!

 * you can look at the error log inside your Plivo account and report theme here.

 * There are 0 errors displayed in the Plivo account.

 * Ok, but what does your logs says? What is the status of the messages? Sent? Not
   delivered..
