# Smoothing font ?

 * I noticed my font isn’t as smooth as it should be (except when used on pictures
   with photoshop for exemple).
 * I’m not sure if I’ve done something that make it looks like that, if the theme
   I’m using (Astra) cause it or if it’s simply WordPress.
    I would like my font
   to be as smooth as the font on this page [https://www.shopify.fr/](https://www.shopify.fr/)
 * Is there annything I can do ?

 * Shopify is using “ShopifySans, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif” as the font stack.
 * Your site seems to use “[Abel](https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Abel), sans-
   serif”. Maybe pick a different primary font?

 * No this problem is not caused by the type of font.
    I just checked on Chrome 
   my fonts looks great, but on firefox it’s terrible … and it does that with any
   font :/ !
 * Update : it’s not even a browser problem, and the same thing happens with Shopify.
   
   The fonts seems to looks smoother on smaller screen. I’m working on two screens
   of different size, I feel dumb for not checking that first ! Thank you for you
   reply anyway 🙂
