    Plugin: Smooth Slider. Running the most recent version of WP.

    I’ve used this slider last year on a 2010 child theme site with no problems.

    I’m currently trying to use it on a 2013 child theme and though it seems like everything is ‘working’ (I can see that it shows how many slides I’ve selected, it rotates through the number of slides I’ve added)- there is nothing in the actual slider. As in the actual THING to be ‘slide-ed’ 😉 .

    In the admin area the slider preview is working but again, there are no slides in the preview.

    I’ve got it in the header using – and I’ve only got the one slider `<?php if ( function_exists( ‘get_smooth_slider’ ) ) { get_smooth_slider(); } ?>
    </div><!– #slideholder –>`

    I’ve deactivated the 3 other plugins the site is running. I’ve deactivated and reactivated the slider plugin.

    I’ve changed to the stock 2012 theme and tried to embed a slider into a post and it didn’t work there either.

    I want to use it for media images (and clicked the proper check boxes both on the media item and in the slider settings) but I’ve also tried to slide just posts.

    I’ve looked at it on the 4 major browsers (most recent versions).

    Is this a jQuery conflict?

    What have I don’t wrong?

    The use of it on the home page http://byd3.info/

    The use of it in a test post http://byd3.info/2013/12/testing-slider/

    Here are a few screen shots of my admin, etc
