# Smartphone Redirection

 * It seems that redirects created by the plug-in aren’t being picked up when my
   site is accessed from Smartphones. Is this an issue with the plugin? If so, is
   it fixable?
 * An example is [http://jkarasch.com/gallery/weddings](http://jkarasch.com/gallery/weddings)
 * This URL gets redirected when accessed from a desktop, but generates a 404 from
   an iPhone.

 * This is weird, but a fix (?) is to remove the trailing “/” from the URL that 
   needs to be redirected.
 * /gallery/weddings/ <— Not recognized by an iPhone
    /gallery/weddings <— Remove
   trailing slash – iPhone & desktop is okay
 * I believe there’s a way to eliminate trailing slashes in WordPress, but would
   changing it create havoc with search engines and sitemaps?
