When viewing form using Firefox and Chrome on a computer, all is well.
When viewing form using these browsers on my Smartphone (Galaxy S7), the form breaks. The blank fields break out of the page to the right.

As I like to keep things lined up and tidy, I prefer to put the form data within a table format, so it displays neatly on the page.

I made a non-table form for this page as well, to see if the table formatting was the issue. (This second form can be viewed under the line-break further down the page).

The fields break out to the right on this non-table version as well.

    Ideas?
    Thanks!

I discovered that changing the theme made a difference!
I am able to modify the table width and have the changes take place in themes other than my preferred one.
    Oy!

I also discovered that either adding table-modifying CSS or using a plug-in to make the tables responsive was a good work-around.
