Smart Slug shouldn't remove stop words that I re-insert manually

I’ve just noticed that if I edit the article slug manually, Smart Slug removes the stop words again. I think stop word removal should only happen the first time the slug is created, which is the way other plugins like SEO Slugs and SEO Ultimate work. I’d like to be able to override Smart Slug and edit the slug to whatever I want, even if it means including stop words.
