# Smaller previews Not Usable

 * This plugin works great by itself and all the relevant preview sizes are generated
   and are in the file system.
 * However when another plugin tries to retrieve the thumbnail, namely [Attachments](https://wordpress.org/plugins/attachments/)
   it can only get the full size image.
 * I have other plugins that generate thumbnails for videos and they’re available
   to Attachments.
 * I don’t have enough knowledge with WordPress plugins to fix this myself but it
   seems as though the thumbnails aren’t registered properly.
 * Please could I have some guidance on this issue.

 * Ok, the plugin “Attachments” uses “wp_get_attachment_metadata” filter to verify
   a file is an image or not. I add the overriding function to my plugin.
 * The plugin will support in the next version. If you want earlier access,
    try
   the development version [1.4.5c](https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/pdf-image-generator.zip).

 * I ended up hacking Attachments to get this to work but I will try the next version
   when its in production stage.
