Small page links?

    I want to make an advertise with us page, but I don’t want the link to the page to be a tab. I want to make the page but have the link ONLY show up in the footer, not as a tab. I’m pretty sure you know what I mean, but if you don’t, an example would be the wordcamp link on bottom of page, only sub for ‘advertise with us’.
