Small change in code to support different locale

    Hello,

    I am from Norway and looking for possibility of this plugin in our store.

    Installed this free plugin to test it and found a small bug in code.

    While updating regular price you should use wc_format_decimal() before inserting new price in to DB. if user enters price like “39,99” thin intvalue() converts it to 39.

    This might be issue in Premium version also.
