Hi, in the integration of the modern events calendar with AcyMailing in WordPress, I discovered the following errors:

    – when inserting articles in emails, the columns format doesn’t shrink the main picture anymore when it is resized.
    – clickable title and image do not work
    – the designed templates look different on the recipient’s side
    – the newsletter signup subscription design does not really align, but it is only noticeable when using a mobiltelefon

    thanks for your help, Frank

  • Hi,

So sorry for the late in replying to your post.
We’re not aware of those issues, thanks for reporting them!

We will have a look at this on Monday and I’ll get back to you 🙂

    Hi,

Could you please tell me how did you add the image?
Did you add them using the “Featured image” input or did you add them into the Event body using the Editor available on the event creation/modification page?

Ahoi, I hope I understand the question correctly. I use the classic wordpress editor, not the divi-builder to add the image.

I’ll just send you a temporary admin access to the address test@acyba.com.

I send the temporary access via the contact form of acymailing

Oh ok! I’m closing this thread then and I’ll update it once we’ve found the issue 🙂

Hello Léo and Alexandre, thank you in finding the cause of the incorrect displays of the newsletters. It seems that the mailProgram of macOS (Big Sur, Monterey) produces these errors. In iOS everything is the newsletter displayed correctly. Do a test, you will be surprised….

One last thing: with the small iPhone SE, the newsletter subscription form is not in the middle of the display, but offset to the right.
