    There’s a small bug in the above mentioned file.

    Version of Key4ce plugin: 1.2.9
    OSticket 1.9.8

    Steps to repro:
    * add to a page shortocde – [addosticket]
    * view the page
    * tables look weird

    Issue cause and fix:

    The file osticket-wp.php has a line:

    <div id="ost_container"><!--ost_container Start-->

    The CSS file on the otherhand referenced to div id key4ce_ost_container.

    Updating the reference to match css file fixes the issue.

  • I’m seeing the same thing. The tables listing the tickets are not lining up under the headings or showing full width but this fix didn’t work for me.

    Any ideas?

    Hey,

    Please remember our ticket plugin is meant to leave most theming up to your personal theme.

    most premium themes have tables, form fields, and buttons already themed.

    i guess in the future we can make a default and minimum theme but for the time being we mainly expect your theme to apply the styles for the most part 🙂

    incase your own theme doesn’t apply the styles :: to get things looking proper means you need to apply css styles that fits in with your theme.

    Regards,
    Marco

    Hello,

    Small addition for this topic:
    the tables been re-designed in a more responsive way.

    please check if you still got any issue with version 1.3.0

    Regards,
    Marco
