# Slugs and Permalink, Description

 * Two questions —
 * There is a slug box when creating galleries, but all photos open using the same
   permalink: example: [http://www.website/portfolio](http://www.website/portfolio).
   Is there a way to have each gallery use it’s designated slug – example: [http://www.website/trees](http://www.website/trees).
   From there, is it possible to specify each photo – [http://www.website/trees/centralpark](http://www.website/trees/centralpark)
 * My second question is re gallery description, which there is also a box for, 
   but nothing shows when it’s filled out.
