slug redirect

Hello!

First off, neat little plugin. First time I’ve used this and I have a client site to help with that. 🙂

Second, they encountered an issue with a redirect and this is what they encountered:

When we now click on “Volunteer”, the redirect takes us to the information in the Handbook about volunteering, not the actual Volunteer pages.

The URL comes out correctly for the top-level Volunteer page [example.com/members/volunteer/], but the page actually displayed is from the Handbook [example.com/members/handbook/volunteer/] – and the menu bar item “Handbook” is highlighted.

Now, they did manage to resolve it by renaming one of the pages but wanted to get so insight as to why this would happen.
