# Slug Permalink possible bug

 * We experienced a bug with our WordPress, where clicking on any link composed 
   of our domain name and slug (domain-name/slug) displayed the blog page. The pages
   identified with some element between the domain name and slug were not affected(
   e.g., domain-name/en/slug).
 * The issue impacted nearly the whole of our site.
 * This bug arose twice recently (March 11th, and March 20th). We managed to “fix”
   the problem by going to the Settings/Permalinks page in the WordPress dashboard
   and saving (without having made any modifications).
 * We are not sure what brought on this bug. The second time we noticed it, we had
   just done an update of our underlying Ubuntu platform (apt update, etc.) though
   I cannot say if this is linked to the issue or not.
 * Has anyone else encountered this issue?
