    Hey there,

Thanks for your feedback. If you’re having any trouble with the integration slowing down your site, our support team can have a look and make sure everything’s functioning correctly. They can be reached here:

Just curious which paid plugin you switched to? I’m looking for a lightweight alternative that just send the reminder. I don’t need any of the widget bloat.

    Hi @marv2
Finally every review-plugin was counterproductive for the popular pagespeed-tests, like gtmetrixs and
(But this one here is the worst of all!)

I recommend to recreate the original trustpilot-slider and copy some review-texts in it. Show the logo an add a link to your trustpilot-overview-page or add a “more”-link below. So you don’t have monthly fees and your pagespeed is ok.

If you want you can also give a try (but it slows also down).

PS: If you run a commercial site you should take care the page speed. You will pay more if you running ads via FB or Google if your page is slow! That’s not worth to have the newest reviews on page.

    Best regards.

    Thanks for your response!

I already got the logo working. I just need a way to connect to the Trust Pilot API to send over the orders so it triggers the review email so I can get Verified reviews.

I would use for this a review-reminder on the part of woocommerce.
You only need a link in a email to forward to your trustpilot-page.

Maybe to realise with this plugin:

    Best regards
