Slowness in displaying in main job list

Not sure if it’s a hosting related problem, is anyone else experiencing a slow load of the job list on the job listing page?

Here is my example:
http://www.earnworkexperience.com/jobs/

the page loads first without issue, however the jobs takes up to 5 seconds before displaying on the page.

am i doing something wrong?
