Slowing down site?

    This plugin doing exactly wat supposed to. But unfortunatly its seems to really slowing down my site. Is this because in lack of update to latest WP version or is there any settings to adjust? Or conflicting with other plugins?

    Any one else have slow site issues with this plugin?
