 * Hi there,
 * thanks for this wonderful plugin.
    I would like to know if it is possible to 
   slow down the speed of how fast the scroller moves. I dont mean the time for 
   every news to be displayed but more of how each news scrolls up quickly then 
   is displayed for the time that can be set in the settings. I would like to have
   it gradually move up at a slower speed.
