slow website when installing plugins

    this is my first post here on wordpress.org i hope that i have posted the right place if not im really sorry 🙂

    when i install plugin like simple twitter connect it make my website painly slow why i don’t know , i also tryed to install whos online it make my website slow as well , also statspress make my website slow

    just right now i experience that i can’t delete a plugin with ftp details it says my seetings are wrong but their not wrong as i double chekkedet evry thing can any one help me with this please be kind to contact me on my website or here is good though
