  • Hey there,

PMPro does a lot but we’re always trying to optimize the plugin. There are a ton of factors that contribute to the speed, but you could try enable caching. Installing a plugin such as W3 Total Cache will dramatically improve your site’s performance. WP Super Cache is also a good option if W3 Total Cache can be overwhelming. However, if you do, you will need to make sure PMPro pages are listed as exceptions. You can read more about that here: http://www.paidmembershipspro.com/wp-engine/

The redirect issue sounds like a plugin or theme conflict. Try deactivating your plugins one by one to try to isolate the issue.

    Thanks,
    Jess

Ok, i will try a caching plugin. I fixed the 502 error. The problem is that if you add a [pm_pro] shortcode and other pages don’t also have their respective shortcode, the page will not load.

Get this error when i edit page id
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home2/greennin/public_html/mywebsite.com/wp-content/plugins/pmpro-user-pages-master/pmpro-user-pages.php on line 1
only code on line 1 is <?php

What exactly are you trying to? If these are issues unrelated to your original post, can you start a new thread? Thanks.
