• So Formamker is pretty good, has it’s quirks, but once you get used to them, it has the power and flexibility to create good forms and generate emails, etc. I had it working great for 5-6 months and then decided to upgrade to the latest version to see if they had ironed out some of the quirks. What a mistake. They moved the product and all it’s plugins to a new manager tool in the main toolbar in my WordPress dashboard. Like we need another icon in there. Also, it’s a plugin and now it’s not in the plugins area because of this new management tool. Yuck! Worse, the pushover integration completely broke, no more notifications at all, and it took 7-weeks to resolve. Support sometimes goes days and weeks between updates and finally, out of frustration, I found the old version on my server and restored it, got an old version of pushover integration from support, installed it. Tested, all good again. So now, I just waited 4 more days for the rest of the plugins I paid for in their old versions. Unfortunately, I can’t upgrade again, ever. It’s working and I don’t want to go through what I just went through again. I am a business and count on this functionality. Also, the pricing model of this company is awful. You get 6-months or a year support with the plugin and add-ons, then you get bombarded with emails to upgrade and discount offers… you finally cave to the pressure and end up in bad shape with everything I just explained. Uggh, happy to be working again. Time to unsubscribe and filter their marketing emails.

    We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. The reason of the problem was the last big update of the plugin. After that, all add ons were updated too. However, now the latest version of Form Maker is working with all add ons without any problems.
